Customer Support: Daily and active communication with active and prospect customers via telephone and email correspondence
· Proactively and directly assist customers with sales inquiries and directing customers to the appropriate contacts for further assistance when necessary.
· Resolve customer concerns (i.e. service, invoicing, carrier issues etc.)
· Assist with: Client presentations, customer tours through the showroom, and the demonstration of technical products
Sales Team Support: Assist in the overall sales process at various stages
· Prepare proposals for customers and prospects and review with sales team
· Prepare and arrange telecom carrier bill analysis and contracts for prospects and existing customers.
· Keep track of all sales leads in CRM system with follow up to sales reps
· Review executed sales orders to assure all paperwork is complete and correctly submitted (i.e., carriers’ bills, leasing, etc.)
· Correspond with prospects and existing customers regarding all service offerings
· Responsible for client contact programs with the use of typing letters, email blasts, web updates and direct calling programs
· Responsible for various sales and marketing projects (i.e. mailings, customer demo events, etc.)
· Run and prepare reports on sales activities
· Responsible for acquiring manufacturer brochures, and printing materials
· Various administrative duties
· Attend meetings with Sales Consultant when needed
(Potential responsibility: Scheduling of sales appointments for both “hot” and standard leads)
